The registration authority is the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 24 for Saint Petersburg. The service is generally available around the clock except during maintenance. Formal requests are handled Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 Moscow time.

The Operator provides access to the GorgeousGPT OpenAI-compatible API, email-based account application, API token, and related service functions.

The service is a software and technical access layer. Available models, limits, rates, and features may change with technical capacity and infrastructure-provider conditions.

You accept this offer by registering with email, signing in, obtaining an API token, or using the API.

Checkout, payment collection, balance top-up, and refunds are not available during the initial rollout. Displayed prices describe current usage rates but do not create a payment order or purchase mechanism.

Any paid feature will apply only if it is explicitly enabled later and its price, payment terms, and provider information are presented before use.

• Keep the API token confidential and do not transfer it to third parties.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attacks, spam, circumvention of technical restrictions, or infringement of third-party rights.
• Do not submit third-party personal data without a lawful basis under applicable law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ, or submit biometric or special-category personal data without authority. You control and are responsible for request content.
• The Operator may restrict access in response to abuse, a security threat, or a breach of these terms.

No refund process applies while the service does not accept payments. Formal complaints and service requests must be sent in writing to the Operator’s registered address. Include the account email and relevant API request ID, but never include an API token or prompt content.

The Operator works to keep the service stable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability where a disruption is caused by external providers, communication networks, user actions, emergencies, or maintenance.
