Personal Data Consent

You consent to personal-data processing by Individual Entrepreneur Anatoly Georgievich Zaydelov, OGRNIP 323784700118697, Tax ID 781129420099, registered at 17/1-225 Podvoyskogo St., Saint Petersburg, 192168, Russia, under this consent and the Privacy Policy.

• Sign-in email and registration, authentication, OTP, API-token, and session information.
• API usage and metering records, including model, token counts, rates, charges, tool category, call identifier, and quantity.
• A voluntary B2B enquiry: Telegram username, page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, IP address, and user agent.
• IP address, user agent, request date and time, and security or error metadata.
• The consent record: date, time, IP address, user agent, source, and document version.

AI request content is user content and is not a channel intended for personal data. It is processed in transit to execute and meter requests. Application request logs for the GPT routes advertised on the landing page exclude request and response bodies, including prompts and messages; technical and billing metadata is retained. Metering records exclude search queries, URLs, tool arguments, and generated text. B2B enquiry fields are separate from API request bodies and are not written to the form backend's logs or database. The initial rollout does not expose compatibility routes that persist job or session files.

Data is processed to create and maintain an account, provide access to the GorgeousGPT API, meter usage, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal duties.

Processing may also be necessary to restore access, investigate incidents, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.

The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, correct, use, transfer, anonymise, restrict, delete, and destroy personal data as permitted by applicable law.

An SMTP provider receives the email address and message required to deliver OTP and essential service notices. Hosting, monitoring, infrastructure, and AI-model providers receive the data necessary for authentication, security, service operation, and request execution.

A submitted B2B enquiry and its submission metadata are delivered through a dedicated Telegram bot to the Operator's private chat. Telegram is used only as this internal transport; Telegram authentication and a customer-facing Telegram bot are not active. Checkout and a payment provider are not active during the initial rollout.

GorgeousGPT may use third-party AI-model and token-counting providers to execute and meter a request. Those providers can receive request content, technical context, tools, model parameters, and compatibility instructions. Some compatibility routes also send that payload to an external token-counting gateway.

The service is designed not to add sign-in email, internal user ID, end-user IP address, billing ID, or payment details to that payload. Gateways can add synthetic request, job, session, or thread identifiers for compatibility and correlation.

Do not include personal, biometric, payment, minor-related, special-category, or unauthorised third-party data in prompts or messages.

The Operator does not request special-category personal data, biometric data, or information about minors. Do not submit such data through account forms or API requests without a lawful basis.

This consent remains effective until withdrawal, account deletion, or completion of the processing purposes. Some records may be kept longer where required for legal compliance, accounting, or protection of the Operator’s or user’s rights.

You may withdraw consent in writing to the Operator’s registered address. The Operator may continue processing where another legal basis permits or requires it.
