You may create an account using email. You are responsible for accurate account information and for securing the email account and devices used to sign in.

The API token grants access to the service. Keep it confidential. Do not publish it in repositories, conversations, logs, issue trackers, or other public or third-party systems.

If a token may have been exposed, regenerate it immediately in the account application or contact support.

• Use the service only for lawful development, testing, automation, and AI-model integrations.
• Do not attack the infrastructure, guess tokens, evade limits, send mass spam, distribute malicious code, or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not submit data that you have no right to process or transfer.

Checkout, payment collection, balance top-up, and refunds are not available during the initial rollout. Prices may be displayed for transparency, but no purchase can be made through the service.

Any payment feature will apply only if it is explicitly enabled later and the applicable terms are presented before use.

The B2B form is a voluntary contact channel. Provide a Telegram username. The form also sends page, referrer, UTM, IP, and user-agent metadata through a dedicated bot to the Operator's private Telegram chat. Do not include API tokens or prompt content.

GorgeousGPT may temporarily restrict access where there is evidence of token compromise, a technical threat, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement.
